  1. How do you know what needs to be included from my media?
    Once we receive your media we view it and it soon becomes evident what should and should not included.
  2. What types of media can you edit?
    We can edit a whole variety of media from super 8 film to VHS, from printed photographs to slides.
  3. Does the media have to be organized before it gets handed over to you?
    No, we can organize it, so long as it has the right labels.
  4. Will I get my media back?
    As soon as we digitalize the footage we will return it back to you, by a secure delivery courier. The time that this will take will of course depend how much media we have to process.
  5. What happens if I want to make some changes in my video once it has been edited?
    Once we have finished your edit, you will have a chance to view the edit and then you can tells us what you want to change or add before you receive the final DVD.
  6. What about music?
    Memories into Movies has a wide selection of library music, but if you have your own favourite track of music than we can add it to the edit provided we comply with the copyright of that track.
  7. Why should I have Memories into Movies edit my media?
    We are professional editors using state-of-the-art editing software and the finish is nothing but amazing. A new and innovative idea for all your home videos and photographs. Most video cameras come with basic editing software, but if you have ever tried to sit down and do it yourself you know that it's not as easy as it looks. In fact, with the more advanced software packages, it can be nearly impossible to get started because they are so complicated.
