We are filmmakers rather than videographers, meaning that you will have a professional cameraman filming your big day in an un-obstructive manner, capturing the day as it naturally unfolds. The end result is a superb finish with a contemporary feel.
Events
You spend alot of time, effort and money making an event unforgettable. Memories into Movies understand these complexities. Our team will create a tight shooting schedule around your plans. The filming during the event will be discreet and professional.
Biography
A biography documentary is a celebration of life, love, achievements and indeed challenges. Memories into Movies will make a film about you or a loved one's life story.
Portraiture
A 'day in the life' session captures a day in the life of a children being themselves, filmed by a professional cameraman in a relaxed and un-obstructive manner to capture your child’s individuality. It can include everything from the moment they get up to the moment they go to bed, or perhaps an afternoon in the park or playgroup. The choices are endless.
Editing
Weddings
A professional editor will edit the footage using professional software, such as Final Cut Pro and Avid to ensure a superb finish. We will compile the footage with photographs and any other media. A viewing of the first edit will be arranged where any changes can be made, before we complete the final edit of your wedding day.
Biography
The way in which a biography would be edited would be to film a series of short interviews of you and indeed others about your life. We will then research all the key events related to your life story and use library footage to tell your story. Once complete you can watch the offline edit to see whether any changes are necessary, before compiling the final edit of the documentary about your life.
Travels
A DVD storybook reportage of your holidays or travels. We travel to experience many cultures and see many new and exciting places. Inevitably at the end of the trip you have snapped away thousands of photographs and filmed hours of videos. Be it a gap year or a weekend away, we will edit your footage into a reportage style DVD, with the added extra of either an interview of you talking about the trip or simply using your voice as a voice over for this edit.
Childhood
Childhood is one of the most precious time in our lives. It is also by far one of the most documented, where each milestone is captured on film or photographs. Now just imagine editing all those wonderful moments into a documentary about yours or your children’s childhood. Whether it is just a chapter, say the birth or a series of key unforgettable events, we can edit them into a unique story for you to treasure. We all have professional photographs of our children, albums of photographs and boxes of film tapes gathering up dust. Why not fuse them together into an edit to tell a complete story of your children’s most wonderful time of life- their childhood.
Events
Your event will be edited by a professional editor, using professional software, such as Final Cut Pro and Avid to ensure perfection. Before the final edit, you will be invite to view it to see whether any changes are necessary, before we compile a final edit of your event.
